Actually, this model isn't about generating income as much as it is about creating safe, sane, ethical, reasonably secure food sources for local communities.

This means that when you support or tend a Happy Chicken flock you become part of a community food web.

In the long run, this may be one of the more significant things you can do for yourself, your family and your community.

The chinese character for "happiness" is a pig under a house and the same idea applies to chickens. You take care of them, they take care of you.

There is a limit to the number of families that any single Happy Chicken flock can feed, but there are very few limits on the number of families that could have their own flocks of self-supporting Happy Chickens.
